Methods and Benefits
Through the use of natural yoga movement and breathing exercises each person is invited to practice relaxing their mind and body. This allows each of us to gain insight on how they respond to effort and challenges in their body and in the world around us. This practice reduces the stress we currently carry in our bodies and provides skills to respond differently to the stressors in our daily lives.
Intention
My intention is to inspire people to take care of themselves in a gentle and caring way. My belief is that when we treat ourselves in a loving way it affects everything around us.
Classes
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am - 12:30pm
at Natural Motion Wellness, 15 Holly Street, Suite 104, Scarborough, ME
Cost: $12 per session or $40 for one month

Bio
Pierre grew up in northern Maine. He went to Madawaska High School where he was a successful student and athlete. He graduated from the University of Maine at Orono in 1983 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Since then, he has worked as an Outward Bound Instructor, Residential Youth at Risk Counselor and Direct Care Professional with persons with brain injuries. He has also worked on farms, construction and landscaping. Pierre has been practicing martial arts, yoga and studied Native American teachings for over thirty years.
He is a creative writer, compassionate educator, active learner and effective speaker. He invites you to these courses and workshops where you have the opportunity to practice simple gentle movement, compassionate insight and rejuvenating relaxation.
